I do actually because one crawled across me on the couch I am on last night and made me drop my laptop on the floor and then today I opened a window and one fell on me so I am in spider alert mode.

    EDIT: Slurry pits.

Do you like the process of moving?

has your house ever been flooded?

No never, I always weirdly tend to pick houses/apartments that are on top of a hill or some sort of a hill. The house I grew up in is on a big hill so we never got flooding.

What's the plan for the weekend?

I was bored a good bit today but snapped out of it this evening and now feel pretty great singing very poorly along to some 80's music.

    EDIT: I never have no.

    How about yourself?

Not really, I get my news off of the internet these days. The odd time I take a notion to buy the Sunday papers but never read 3/4's of it.

EDIT: No, I find it majestic and draws people to listen to what I have to say :P

    Cheesecake or pavlova?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,790 ✭✭✭confuseddotcom

oohhhh pavlova yum yum yummmmmmmmmmmy !!!

    What is your fave dessert?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,584 ✭✭✭PandaX9

Pavlova.. I make a mean Pavlova.. Seriously though as unattractive as it sounds it's actually pronounced "Pav-love-ah", very funny when I say it out loud and people try to correct me and I raise an eyebrow as if to go "who's the Russian here? Me or you?" but yes mmm meringue is delicious!! Especially with raspberries and blueberries and a dollop of cream.

Edit: ironically my favourite is homemade pavlova with raspberries and blueberries and cream..

What's the expression you use most?

Warm chocolate fudge cake with think vanilla ice cream.

Would you consider yourself a good cook?

    I smile quite a bit.

I would, my flaw is I can't be bothered to get essential ingredients for recipes when they ask for it and I just don't bother make it then. Terrible as I love cooking.

    What is your signature dish?

Runny. Not too fussy about it though.

    I'd imagine it's hard enough.

Do you own any skinny jeans?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,584 ✭✭✭PandaX9

I don't know why but I always associate the sound-cancelling headphones with making it harder to pilot.. Yeah looks about as difficult as the Modh Coinnioloch in Irish :D

Edit: yes but they are all also high-waisted. Don't like low rise jeans, not pretty on a girl of my proportions :(

Did you do Irish in school or did you get one of these so called dyslexia-exemptions? (not judging in fact I would do anything to be exempt)

I did Irish in school, I never paid attention to it though as I find it hard to concentrate on things that I see no benifit in learning so I just didn't give it time.

Have you fired a handgun before?

Don't have much access to firearms so haven't fired any handguns I'm afraid!

    Edit: what's the FCA?

Should Ireland allow gun permits for home-protection etc ONLY? (I.e. Think of that case where that farmer shot the floor as a barrel and the shotgun cartridge ricocheted and killed a robber on his property and then the farmer was imprisoned for manslaughter??)
