    No but people tell me I'm a natural leader which I guess ties into motivation, I don't easily get up and do something unless it warrants proper attention.

    Yes I have been experiencing a huge alcohol deficit ever since I came home

    Edit: no, but then again I don't think I have ever been in a place where they charge you to use the facilities? Except st Stephens green maybe (can't remember if it did or not)

    I can hold my breath until about 3/4 of the way down the pool on my first length. Otherwise no.

    Should I try to go one full length?

    Yep. A few times. Last time was a three months ago in a house that has a front door which locks once closed windows are safety locked so couldn't open them either. Friend went to work while I was asleep with the only set of house keys so I was trapped until that night in the house with no food or drink and I woke up both thirsty and hungry after drinking the night before. I laughed, then got angry, then got depressed and then looped back to laughing again.

    Does meditation work?
