any grants towards web business?

    hi does anyone know where i can go about finding advice on grants regarding web business etc? thanks

    It depends on what you want to do

    If you are developing like an application or the next twitter/facebook then yes try the enterprise boards armed with a business plan of course. If they say no then its venture capitalists/angel investors or simply a loan from your bank/credit union

    if you can provide jobs and there is strong export potential then enterprise ireland will be only too happy to talk to you. Enterprise Ireland are all about the exports

    but if you are setting up a website design business or a social media consultancy then no there are no grants available, unless you are unemployed and try the social welfare BTWEA scheme
