Waterford regional sports centre - directions

Hi guys,
I'm look for directions to the Regional sports centre coming from the Tipperary direction. Any help would be appreciated. Had a look on google maps but couldn't find it.

If you are coming from the west (carrick-on suir) cross over at Fiddown or Carrick and join the old cork road at Kilmeaden, drive into Waterford on main road go past the WIT and you will see the RSC on the right just before the roundabout.

That's the Waterford Crystal place isn't it? The Regional sports centre is at the roundabout on the inner ring road. I think?

Well our directions are getting closer together! What is the place with the cycle track and the covered stand then?
