Thought she was going to say Taytos and Red Lemonade there :)

Liveline is the wrong programme for this.

Mooney should take up the reins and send Brek out to Qatar on a fact finding mission.

John Murray can go with her.

Talk about generalisations about the Irish being great characters....I know plenty of dour, bitter Irish people. Ann on Line 1 for example.

yeah , try making friends with the natives in dubai or qatar and see what kind of response you get

That might be the case but i hate this we are Irish lets all hang out together and be best friends crap, piss off i would more than likely hate them in Ireland so why would i be friends with them in a foreign country.

"Yeah Joe, the bailiff could be arriving on your premises, taking the keys to your car, walking round your house taking all your stuff... but you still give him a laugh and an oul wink ... cos you're Irish"..

I always find it strange when people say "The Irish are loved everywhere" when half the countries in the world couldn't place us on a map, let alone know what we are like!
