The law is the law is the law, if those are the laws in the country that you are visiting those are the laws you need to obey. I have no F**king sympathy for you for breaking them.

I know. I had to go to Bondai Beach to see my first glimpse of a Carlow jersey on some lobster girl.

I met two cretins from Tipp that spent every waking minute in the Cock & Bull with warm manky Guinness and Taytos and had not seen one bit of Sydney, not even the Opera House.

They should have just stayed back in Nenagh or wherever....at least the guinness would taste better.

was theer 10 years ago. was another irish bar down in teh rocks when i was there. every sunday night all the same irish there as they would be on bondi. went to cock and bull twice and wata kip.

Is Amnesty International investigating this woman case? What did she do about the women she left behind?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,781 ✭✭✭clappyhappy

Mrs you had more than a glass of wine with your lunch, I was in 2 car accidents (very minor) while I lived there, police were lovely, never breathalized, guys that caused accidents got a lecture, sorted it out between us. One cop kept talking to me about Roy keane and saipan saga. There is more to her story than she is saying.

My Australian cousins (have lived there for 25 years) are far from impressed by the carry on of the 'gas craic' Irish that are over there.

They are completely and utterly embarrassed by their fellow countrymen.

Same way many of us here are embarrassed by our fellow countrymen/women every weekend :D
