not so sure...i have heard horror stories of people with spots and freckles that were not checked in time.

She baulked at the consultant cost €250 (which does sound expensive!), but now signed up for VHI @ €60 a month week(!) and will still have to pay the consultant.

Not sure what she is gaining??

Jeesus that is expensive. My fella has LOADS of moles (it runs in his family) and he gets them checked out by a dermatologist over here, it costs about 50 euro, which he gets back from social security because he has a referral from his gp...

Well people are dropping private health insurance in their droves. She is actually going against the trend.

She doesn't make sense, she is skimping on her food bill to pay her health insurance but doing so she may be causing health problems due to poor diet.

Are the code words for getting on the air "I am a taxi driver"?

Next week some bloke with ten Irish flags stuck to his car will be complaining about the price of petrol.

"I'm a taxi driver" should be in liveline bingo. Taxi drivers always start off saying it. As if the entire country stops what they're doing, sits up and listens.
"Ohhh, a taxi driver is about to give his opinion, everybody shhhhhhhh"

Do you think they pay tax on their rental income ?

Why should the rest of us that pay our taxes on time have to fund credit agreements for those that don't? There's penalties for late payments in everything in life.

"They didn't know about it". Come on, pull the other one.

Every Dail debate would start with "I'm not racist but..." followed by an attack on black people.

Can fulltime non-white irish taxi drivers have a green sticker? perhaps I should ring joe on that.

Did you see him on the late late, I think he though it was Funny Friday. Pity the "band" didn't

    what about Jedward?

they never completed the LA Marathon yet RTE allowed them to claim that they did.

    You know otherwise?

They weren't registered (a point well publicised, I'd have thought?), so they didn't get numbers or official finishing times, but there are certainly runners claiming to have seen them for the bulk of the race - and they crossed the finishing line.

So did they or didn't they run the full marathon?

They certainly seem to have - check out this sceptical runner's blog - and keep going to the end of the comments: http://accidental-runner.blogspot.ie/2012/03/jedward-did-they-run-la-marathonor-were.html

It'll prob just turn into a "How did you feel when your daughter died?" misery porn fest, unfortunately.

The good news is that the Mick Wallace fan club will be on today, should be fun.

Probably but at least it would be a better use of the licence fee than waffling on about a silly road race .... I feel so sorry for that poor couple. Who knows maybe someone would do the decent thing & give them their baby pictures back

Full of dumb tools saying how good he is deep down and that his heart was in the right place by defrauding the Irish state and how it's ok that he's not going to pay any of it back.
