I have huge respect for what he built up and all the jobs he provided.. The guy certainly did wrong and is continuing to do wrong, but there is a clear divide between who the Government is prepared to go after and who they leave alone... It was a civil case taken against them by a private company not the government, although I'm sure you could argue that the two are one in the same in this case
