    It may not be necessary for Government offices but it is necessary for life insurance etc I would think. Death is the only sure thing on this earth, we can wrap it in codes but that will not change how this poor man lost his son. If it wasn't this upsetting him over his loss I'm sure something else would, he is just sensitive and open to hurt because of his loss. If there were codes, people would want to know what the code stands for.

    an articulate man like that could tour schools with the cert and talk to potentially troubled kids, they would see the hurt and perhaps seek help
