Does everyone complaining about the Health Service have to begin their rant by telling us how "amazing and wonderful" the Health Service staff are.

Forget about the private hospitals, why dont you talk about how the staff are still working in the old defunct Health Boards, PPARS and other wastage caused by staff incompetence, the thousands of people in administration...

I mean the head of HSE HR said that he had 2000 staff and could do the job with 700.. Has ANY action been taken on this to reduce staff numbers would you think? Or are they still paying 1200 extra people for effectively no productive work?? Have a guess..

Can we not all just agree that your experience when you present at an A&E/hospital is a complete random lottery - some have a good experience, some don't.

Or do we have to hear every single person's individual experience in the whole country before coming to that conclusion? :mad:
