I've said this many times but all of those union lads should be taking the average wage of their members and no more... Like what the Shinners do (albeit they have a few Northern bank notes stuff in the mattress at home)

Have we any proof that Gerry, Mary Lou and the rest are actually getting the minimum/average wage for their dail salaries? Or if the whole lot is hitting their bank account any proof they give it to charity, political parties and arent actually pocketing it?

Im sick of listening to those union lads claiming employers and people who have money are robbing the "poor by paying a measly min wage". Most of those employers are small companies who have difficulty paying themselves. If it wasnt for SMEs their be alot more trade union memebers on the dole

They claim the excess goes into SF, I'm sure some of it may find itself back into the hands of each of their TDs by saying it's for expenses, running local clinics etc.

Well maybe the best phrase is to say that I think they should do what the Shinner purport to do.... I think taking the average wage of your members is more inline with the socialist ideals, than Jack O'Connor taking four times the average industrial wage..
