I saw Cork had a Rage Run recently; A Fantastic All-Terrain Cross Country Adventure for you to Race, Jog, Walk or Crawl..With 9km and 5km options, Obstacles, Challenges and Real Dirty Fun!!

I'm just wondering if there's anywhere in the West that does something (either a one off event or a course that a group can do anytime) similar, I'd love to try it.

I know there's a similar event in Dublin/Kildare in the autumn but anywhere in the West.

Google geal force turf guy . Its an event near delphi looks good craic but kinda expensive
