Permanently Banned from AH

I was permanently banned from AH by Super-Rush. I PM'd about it and in the response was greeted with examples of posts that supposedly warranted a permanent ban.

the posts were

Super-Rush felt that this was mysoginistic which I dont agree with considering I did not start the thread and I am not the only one to post anything this off colour.

Dont take college too seriously
you can never relive the party

the bold part was the only place where offense was taken. It was deemed 'sexist' despite in my view it just being advice worded a bit crudely , I made no assertion that this applies to all women , simply light hearted advice.

and finally this post from a thread (cant remember the name) in which the op listed things he didnt want a thread about, so i made a post that was exactley all of those things :

A lot of the nigerians coming over are ruining irelands economy by sending all the money they earn by scamming the dole or working illegally back home to africa. The only reason they get away with it is because everyone in the dole office is too lazy to investigate anything, all they care about is sitting in their cushy council jobs and having fat pensions. They spend lots of time skimming ATM cards and the banks are too useless to do anything to stop the fraud. This post was a joke (its exactley what the op didnt want) and when quite promptly corrected on its ludacris content by dudess the clarification of it definitley being a joke was made on the next page. This post was deemed to be 'racist' despite only talking about nigerians , not african or even black people as a whole.

At no point was I ever warned, infracted or told not to post in threads again since my last ban (for being over the top about femenism apparantly...)

Im well aware that Im by no means the worlds best poster, and some of my views dont exactly line up with the majority of society , let alone AH, But overall I feel my ratio of good (healthy debate / positive contribution ) posts far outweighs my not so popular posts. The methods by which Ive been dealt with seem to ignore the use of infractions or warnings alltogether and escalate to bans straight away.

In my time on boards.ie I have never disobeyed a moderators instructions, have never re-reged and in the cases of the times I used to be warned / infracted / told not to continue I have obeyed and ignored the thread.

I dont think a permanent ban from AH is deserved.

I've reviewed your history on AH and it ain't pretty. 8 bans from there alone. Latest one comes a week after the previous ban was lifted.

I'm not going to get the Mod involved, frankly you've taken up enough of their time.

It takes a lot to get permabanned from AH. From the reasoning you've provided you provided that lot and then some.
