    Does anyone know anything about this visa? I have a sponsor (gig agent in Melbourne) who is willing to go through the process, but we're not really sure about the process or eligibility.
    Does the nominee have to have a certain qualification in the entertainment industry? The information on the Immi site is pretty vague.

    Are you another Irish Boy band refugee?

    Is the agent a eligible sponsor?

    Basically I would imagine he would have to have some way of proving his status as a promoter, past client etc.

    I know one guy who got this VISA and he is the lead singer of INXS. If you can do something similar you should be sweet.
