Internet randomly stops working but works again after restart

As the title says "Internet randomly stops working but works again after restart". After some period of time the internet would stop working and after a reboot it start to work again. As the title says "Internet randomly stops working but works again after restart". After some period of time the internet would stop working and after a reboot it start to work again. Now it mostly happens when I use alot of bandwidth for example playing an online game, streaming movies online or talking on skype but it happens while just surfing the net.
My Windows is XP Pro SP3.
I have Irish Broadband Breeze 4 mb.
Any more info or specs needed just let me know. Help always appreciated.

Reboot your PC or reboot your router (if you have one) or reboot breeze device?
