I need help with my Man City team!

Hi! In Fm 12 my city team just cant perform and i need help. Any help at all transfers, tactics..etc. Im in my second season and we are in 5th place 9 points from top.

Need more information on tactics, players roles and duties.

Midfield looks unbalanced, but gonna need a better idea of tactics.

Do you really need Hart, Adler and Akinfeev?

You bought some top players but alot of them seem to play the same positions such as having 3 GKs as mentioned and Hamsik, Nasri, Hazard, Silva are 4 of your star players but they all have the same favourite position as an AMC and you don't appear to even play a player there, I know they are all versatile enough to fill other positions.

What time of the season is it and have you money to spend?

Click each players' name and go to report, their best role will be there. Just play each player in their preferred role unless you want to play a specific tactic.

It is the end of december almost transfer window i have 25m and ballotelli is leaving for 10m because ballo wasnt performing but thats included in the 25m

I wouldn't be playing Hazard and Nasri as wingers, maybe play with less width.

I like playing with Inside Forwards but its not best suited for your players, your probably short a signing or 2 for that, maybe something like this

Jovetic is a beast in this system but your limiting Hamsik and your in need of a right sided inside forward, Cavani being a great option. Its an attacking formation, I'm not sure how it would workout.

I know it was me who posted that team but I gotta admit its a bit overly forward thinking but thats why you gotta love FM. Heres my normal setup but not particularly suitable for your team.
