Which wetsuit to get for sit-on-njop kayaking?

    Which of this wetsuits to get for sit-on-top kayaking for spring, summer, autumn, not sure about winter.

    5mm core and 3mm hands and legs
    or
    3mm core and 2mm hands and legs
    or
    3mm with short hands and short legs?

    It depends on what your comfortable with. The shorty wetsuit will only work in the warm summer or if you wear other gear under it with long arms and legs.

    I find the 5mm suits restrictive.

    3mm sleeveless with something for your arms - a 0.5mm rash vest or something.

    Anything more than 3mm is too restrictive, as are sleeves.
