Would anyone like to take a wild stab at the excuses he will come up with this time. Liverpool are awful. Crossing is non-existent. Gerard is taking very odd attacking options, knocking the ball so far ahead that Bolt would'nt catch keep up. All the simple passing is very poor.

Carroll has really made a huge difference to us. Great to see, and he actually wants the ball and to do something with it instead of pass it sideways and back all of the time.
