Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm in the process of getting seperated from my wife. She wants to sell the home but I might be in a position to buy her out, the house is paid for and no mortgage on it, the house is valued around €220,000. I'm looking to find out is it a case of paying stamp duty again or is it just a case of her just signing over her half. Can we do it ourselves and what is involved?
