Other than ulster bank is there any other bank that has free everyday banking ?

Don't want to go near aib either.

Already have ulster bank account and quite happy with them but need another account for free

You can have two UB accounts if need be.

Ive heard rumours that UB are finishing with free banking in the near future. is that true?

It wouldn't be a rumour if it was true..No one knows as of yet

    Hard to say.

Seeing that everyone else is starting to charge UB would have to weigh up all the new customers who left boi and aib because they started charging. May not make sense to start charging and possible loose all those customers.

Lose all their customers to whom?
If all the other banks are charging and if Ulster introduce a low fee structure, then customers won't have a cheaper banking option.
Ulster is currently the worst performing section of RBS which is majority owned by the UK taxpayer, therefore would'nt surprise me if they introduced fees.

Iirc there is one more bank doing free banking. So they would go there.

True but increasing customer base increases profit.
