    The whole reason rescues exist is to alleviate the problem of unwanted pets, there are none in existence that are going to even remotely entertain a person who is looking to add to the already massive problem of dog overpopulation in this county. Rescue dogs and neutered/spayed before they are rehomed. Dogs of breeding quality certainly don't end up in rescues to begin with. How do you know your male is of breeding quality and for what purpose do you want beagle puppies?
