I'd love to hear how you came to that conclusion?

Because it doesn't look like and the EXIF data disagrees with you.

It doesn't look like a photoshop but certainly doesn't look like the stiletto went throught the foor either. There's no blood, no swelling and the foot would look mangled due to the displacement of metatarsels

I have seen wounds like that where swelling and bleeding will only start once the object is removed.

On a brighter note! Imagine Trey Parker and Matt Stone are given complete free reign to create a series of flash animations with zero censorship? Not even close. It got canned after two episodes. NSFW:

You actually can see blood around the wound. As far as I know this is genuine from a source who's normally first to call bullsh1t on these things. And to me although its not discoloured the foot does look swollen.

I agree with you. Was directing that to the people calling photoshop.

Not an insect but: Naegleria fowleri:

In humans, N. fowleri can invade the central nervous system via the nose (specifically through the olfactory mucosa and cribriform plate of the nasal tissues). The penetration initially results in significant necrosis of and hemorrhaging in the olfactory bulbs. From there, the amoebae climbs along nerve fibers through the floor of the cranium via the cribriform plate and into the brain. The organism begins to consume cells of the brain piecemeal by means of a unique sucking apparatus extended from its cell surface. It then becomes pathogenic, causing primary amoebic meningoencephalitis (PAM or PAME). PAM is a syndrome affecting the central nervous system. PAM usually occurs in healthy children or young adults with no prior history of immune compromise who have recently been exposed to bodies of fresh water.

Amphotericin B is effective against N. fowleri in vitro, but the prognosis remains bleak for those that contract PAM, and survival remains less than 1%.

    That's not an insect, it's a parasite.

If you want to go down that route there are plenty of worms and amobae than can cross your blood brain barrier and get into your brain
