    It was a bit like this one, but smaller and less fingering. Mine was done under local anesthetic, taken from my thigh. The doctor spotted my trying to sneak a look and offered me a pillow so I could sit up and watch.

    Can someone tell me how to put one on properly to avoid this?

    Once I saw the picture I closed the file without reading anything, so I'm now going to be scared of harnesses cause I probably dont know how to do it right....
