    That Russian car video. It is very possible the driver was committing suicide by driving like that. Around 2:00 the video descends into something reminiscent of the Fight Club scene, "Stop trying to control everything and just let go"

    I think so too.At 0:57 a mercedes comes into the frame looking as if its trying to stop the car(maybe someone that knows him?) at 1:21 as he hits the car the mercedes stops up ahead 1:35 they get out and he then drives past them as the second clip is shown.Sad really..

    Im assuming its medical to remove dead tissue and prevent infection. Best way to do it with an injury like that, surgeon would have to cut away too much and the more you cut in an area like that the worse for the patient.
