REPS habitat

We've c.20 acres under the title 'habitat' in REPS 4, basically paid not to farm it. It's supposedly bog but I've been walking it recently and it's decent land in most parts just over-grown. I'd love to try and reclaim it, it'd make decent grazing. With REPS 4 coming to an end in over a year and not much else appearing down the line, what's the likely hood of being allowed to touch it ? Am I tied into keeping it as a habitat forever ? What does the new legislation on land improvements have to say about reclaiming bog ?

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this, and thankful for any information

from what i hear , if its in a bad state if you get an inspection it will be taken out of your sfp, your sound once your in reps, , so basically your going to get punished for doing what you were told and paid to do, my advice the min your contract is over, get a machine and tidy up the land, our whole system is a load of *hit , it would wreck your head, they have not ever had a ten year plan for anything ,
