How do I contact Meteor to give me my free monthly credit when I have no credit.

    I have no credit in my phone atm yet I am supposed to get a free bonus monthly credit from them around this time of the month usually between 5th - 8th of each month. Is there a way I can prompt this myself without having the Meteor eejits tell me to top up before I can do this.

    Monthly credit is issued on the 10th of the month.

    If it's some sort of promotional credit (not upgrade/porting credit) given the long weekend it will probably be run before the weekend.
