Well it's pretty sel explanatory my friend is in oz a d just wondering do they need to do the 2 year WHV before getting sponsored or can they get sponsored after a year??

You can get sponsored at anytime you dont even need to be in Australia, you just need a job on the 457 occupation list, have the skills and find an employer willing to sponsor.

They can get sponsored without working for the company
