    what time does the car park open in the rds in the morning for the exams? Wouldnt mind getting in early to avoid the traffic.

    At a guess, 8. Turning right onto anglesea road is a nightmare in the mornings

    Can't say for sure but I'd say 7.30, maybe earlier as I've arrived on foot at 8 and they have been open.

    The mistake most people make is turning right at Donnybrook church. Go past Vincent's instead, much better traffic flow.

    Some of the staff have to be in for 7am so I'd guess approx 0630.

    Usually opened at 7am on the dot by the RDS security.
