Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hey guys, Getting a house for college for 6 of us and yesterday i gave a 500 euro hold deposit for a house and signed a contract for the house. basically the terms of the contract want 3 months of rent in advice. one of the lads isnt cant pay this so im wondering can i get the terms changed or cancel the contract legally.…

hey guys,

Getting a house for college for 6 of us and yesterday i gave a 500 euro hold deposit for a house and signed a contract for the house. basically the terms of the contract want 3 months of rent in advice. one of the lads isnt cant pay this so im wondering can i get the terms changed or cancel the contract legally. also i just sign for the house.

What are my options?
