UPC - charge to get out of contract?

Hi All,
Does anyone know how much it would cost me to break my contract with UPC, we changed from sky for some stupid reason, but now sky have offered us a really good package and I want to go back to them, however it will mean breaking my contract with UPC, ive had UPC for about 3 months now.

Any ideas?

I did have some issues with UPC about them over charging us for something we never agreed to, have it all in emails, could I use this as a valid reason to leave?

I *believe* it's €100 to break contract anytime after 3 (?) months but before one year, you'll still have to give the month's notice

I only want to get rid of the tv, i want to keep the phone and broadband, so €150.00 is ok.
