Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone got the problem where an iPhone 4S turns itself off and wont switch back on unless a hard reset is done?

It happened yesterday for the 3rd time in a week.. so its gone beyond a 'quirk' now.

No its not. Im running the latest update (5.1.1 9B206) and its happened twice before that update and once after.

What's that got to do with it? A standard jailbreak wouldn't cause this issue and if the user knew how to get the program that would cause this issue then more than likely they'd know how to fix it.

Best to do a full restore, maybe set up the phone as a new phone to see if it's some setting.

Or call apple and get a new one, could be a hardware fault.

Similar used to happen to an iPhone 4 I had when it was released. Can't remember which jailbreak I used but sometimes the phone was totally unresponsive and the screen was just black. I had nothing installed other than sbsettings and Ifile
