Having trouble transfering contacts - help!

I've just bought the a Sony Xperia S and need to transfer my contacts... problem is my old phone, a samsung gt-s5600, doesn't have a memory card nor will it accept a mini sim. Having a nightmare trying to download software from samsung website - keep trying pc studio and can't get it to download. Anyone any suggestions???

You could sync them to google, or hotmail etc instead of using outlook on th computer
