Haven't seen any up to date post on this so want to start one. I want views of people living in and around the development on what they think of the development. I will start with what I know and will love to hear your views on it.
Pros:-->>
1) Closeness to city center/Airport
2)New enough houses
3)Good value to had there now prices down over 50% in last couple of years.
Cons:-->>
1)Heard of some social issues/drug probs??
2)Noise problem, airplanes flying low??
Unsure:-->>

1)Any other social issues?
3)How is sound insulation of these development and community spirit?
All views invited.
