Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi , just need some advice , i had breast augmentation last year , the surgeon placed the wrong size implants ,he made the decision whilst i was under anesthetic .when i came round he told me what he had done , since then one of them has sagged due to wrong size , i have been to see him and he has said he would fix it as he was wrong ,the clinic as yet havent given a date as to when , but my issue is am i being unreasonable to ask for them to fix the problem and refund my money as i will have to take time off work ill have to get someone in to look after the baby . drive. do school runs ect ,stuff that i would have been able to do ,not to mention the stress of going under the knife again ,he agreed if he had of placed the agreed size i wouldnt have this issue any advice on this would be really great thanks :(

Pics or it didn't ha... never mind.

You need to add more info and more hypotheticalness to your story - then I can root around in my med neg notes and pretend I'm revising.

It's hard to imagine him admitting to you that he was wrong - you'd just wander down to your solicitor and sue him for the damages of having it done right and having to take time off work etc.

During elective surgery there is a greater duty of care to explain all the risks and outcomes to you. Was this done? Why did he change the size?

hi , i seen him on friday and he did agree that he made a mistake ,.im not quite sure what you mean?he agreed to fix it free of charge but i payed the clinic fee ,i said no as he had made the mistake i didnt feel it was down to me to pay anything ,.he said he thought the agreed size was to big yet on him looking he agreed that the size we both agreed on pre surgery should have been placed .the size of implants are not huge and i dont understand why he took it upon himself to fit wrong size ,thanks

Charter: No advice. This is a serious matter OP. Go to a solicitor.
