Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    This is the sick part of it....
    Murphy was jailed for seven years in 1998 for the rape and false imprisonment of a young girl. He completed a sex offenders’ course in prison.

    and....
    The court heard Murphy is at high risk of reoffending.
    “I don’t know what came over me. I feel sorry for the girl, maybe I need help,” he told gardaí.

    I think the OP is outraged because the man in question shouldn't have been on the streets to be in a position to attempt to abduct and rape (and god knows what else) another young girl.

    He should have been given a "significant custodial sentence" the first time he did it.
