I've started playing American McGee's Alice on PS3 and I'm taking a while to get used to the controls. I remember Tomb Raider used to play like this, though I've only played bits of the first couple.

Either I didn;t play many third person games around 2000 or I just made the jump from 2d to 3d with the N64 which meant I was playing with analogue when I changed
