think this might be the week liverpool win
would i back them? definitely not at that price
fulham are pants away from home despite being
    a capable team

already lumped on norwich and draw at 5/6.

double of athletico to win with a clean sheet (evs boyles)
    psg 1/2
athletico have won their last home games to nil in all competions
it's a bet i hate doing though but celtas away form is shocking W1 L7
psg is just from some of you guys and maybe a straight win might
    have been the sensible option

Two draws in the prem that look a possibility
going for a nice stake on this as it's xmas (pp)
    (15 to win 178)
Premier League Matches Newcastle v QPR
    22-12-2012 15:00
    Win-Draw-Win
    Draw @ 12/5
Premier League Matches West Brom v Norwich
    22-12-2012 15:00
    Win-Draw-Win
    Draw @ 5/2

edit, went for the straight win for psg instead

    2.5 to 2.4

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,380 ✭✭✭The Reservoir Dubs Anchorman

    2.5 to 2.4

I suppose for those betting professionally that will make a big difference 1/10 in terms of value probably huge to big gamblers but 7/5 still a decent value price for me.

    AH= Asian handicap

Yesterday it was -1 AH 1.950 PSG now dropped to 1.700

People really should know this tbh. There should be an entrance exam for the gambling forum lol

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,296 ✭✭✭✭SteelyDanJalapeno

Paddy power are offering 22/1 on Torres first goal & Chelsea to win 1-0 , any thoughts? Was gonna stick 40 bucks on it

Unless €40 is a small bet to you, then I think no.

That the Power Play? I like all bar Liverpool, have a small bet on it but will prob back the Fulham double chance if the first 3 win.

I have villa to score over 0.5 goals at 5/6, stoke city to score over 0.5 goals at 8/11 and liverpool to score over 1.5 goals at 4/6. villa and stoke are in good form and I expect a bit of a backlash from liverpool after last weekends thrashing from villa. Fulham have an awful away record as well.

Id expect villa to score at some stage against chelsea although Benitez is more defensive than previous Chelsea managers I expect benekee to cause them problems.

team news for the psg match

    http://www.soccerway.com/matches/2012/12/21/france/ligue-1/stade-brestois-29/paris-saint-germain-fc/1286203/

I wonder is that 5 across the back fro Brest?

Looking at the weather forcast, seems to be light rain at the moment

On Both teams to score in Brest V PSG @ 2.40

Odds are too big in my opinion for a club that has scored in every home game this season in the league.

    According to lequipe.fr, they're playing 5-3-2

BREST (5-3-2) : Thébeaux - Baysse, Martial, Kantari, Traoré, Mendy - Chafni, Sissoko, Grougi - Benschop, Ben Basat

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,377 ✭✭✭Smithwicks Man

Hopefully Ibra can grab the first!

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,303 ✭✭✭Lasagna Diarra

The French 2nd division is too unpredictable imo, anyone can beat anyone... the only bet I'd fancy is Lens double chance, they haven't lost in 11 games under their new coach, I watched their last game and they play really good football.

I should've listened to myself, the game finished 2-2...

They'll probably have 5 man defence when they dont have the ball, not sure tbh

Im tempted to go for more goals in the second half but I just dont know. Times like this I wished I knew more about the lesser teams in France

Tempted by PSG over 1.5 goals @ 4/6 v Brest Friday night. Brest do tend to concede alot at home and PSG are flying atm...

Ibra and Lavezzi start so have gone for this

  • Registered Users Posts: 626 ✭✭✭Superfint

Took At.Madrid to score both halfs @1.86 , Over 1.5 first half goals @2.42 and over 2.5 goals @1.78.
Not much value on Falcao tonight so - Mon the goals!
Madrid usually bounce back after defeat like at Real recently, could be a backlash tonight!
    Best of luck lads
