went a little nuts in the bookies ....

    Spain 4-0 @HT 17/1
and Iceland to bt Faroes 4/11

€25 to win ...here's hoping Spain decide to turn it on for the first half (dont care what they do in second half)

    Treble:
Under 2.5 in Ireland U21 vs Turkey U21
Under 3.5 in Faroe Islands U21 vs Denmark U21
    Russia win or draw
    @ 3.01

    Get in! :D

    Over 2.5 @ 4/5
    Germany v Argentina

Germany missing a few players like Gomez but Germany have such a good squad they'll easily cope. I actually fancy Argentina to win this since they've really played well recently and 2/1 is very juicy but to dodgy for a friendly

Id be surprised if we dont see goals in this match

    GTFI

pity I didnt do the 2/1 but id take that win any day of the week

    Belgium - Holland tomorrow.

Van Gaal already making "friends" by playing Huntelaar in stead of Van Persie. Vand Persie will be on the bench.
Now that would be normal seeing that RvP only played 20 mins so far but Van Gaal has already made up his mind and said to the press his no 1 Cfwd will be Huntelaar.

Belgium to win @3.4 should be considered as the Belgians will want to stick it to the Dutch.
Compare it to Ireland playing England as it comes to rivalry.

Think i am going to request odds on Holland not to qualify for the WC.

    Get in.
Delighted for Van Gaal. Should play a few more players with an Ajax history.

Couple of bets I like for this evening - Iceland (-1) v Faroe Iskands @ evens, Iceland are on a crap run but surely at home they can take care of the Faroesse who normally loose by 2 or more goals away. Again I'm betting against the Faroe Islands here u21 Danish team are gunning for qualification and they are away, Faroes have nothing to play for - not nay markets here but taking them half time full time @ 8/11 - gonna double them too
Pity, Iceland covered the handicap and Denmark were leading from the first half until they conceded an equaliser in the 92nd min :(

Fair nice odds on a straight win for Newcastle up against the spurs team without modric and a top striker

Whats the best price around for man utd to win the league and RVP top scorer. I see betfred have it at 18/1 but I don't have an account with them. Is it worth opening one for

    Very nice odds

I can only see him scoring for pool so he should get a few chances but the thing with him is that he has a very low percentage of shots to goals ratio I reckon

I doubt Suarez would get even 15 goals

He hit 11 last year whilst missing for few months, was awful unlucky at times and in a Liverpool side with average midfield supporting him. Gonna be the main focal point in attack this year with potentially a better system and better players around him. I'd expect him to be closer 20 at the end of season.

Thinking of going for the Suarez special, anyone else jumping on it?

For 13 euro? I dont see the point, I'd rather try pick up a nice 3/1 the weekend and get the return if its only for so little, waiting 9 months for 39 quid?

I'd happily throw 100 or 200 if allowed

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,905 ✭✭✭Avfctom

right decided my bet for friday and early saturday

    cradiff to win
    lille to win
    wolves double chance v leeds

    odds just under 3/1

Didn't realise the max bet was €13. No point so :)

Out of the 16 womens champions leagues games today, only 2 were draws,

If you had of backed the other 14 correct sided wins the accumulated odds = 6/1........

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,756 ✭✭✭Randomfriend

I did a 3 game accumulator of over 4.5, bet 25 quid to make a tenner profit, its hard enough to get value in them games alright..

    Portsmouth v Bournemouth
    13/5
    12/5
    4/5
Pompey sign anyone yet? If not than I think everyone should be seriously considering lumping on this one.
