What type of person annoys you the most?

Thinking about it, this maybe takes inspiration from those Meteor ads (everyone gets something free, even <insert irritating guy here>), but I was wondering what type of person really upsets you / gets on your nerves / stirs up feelings of irrational hate inside you?

I'll start the ball rolling (there are so many to choose from). The type of person that really riles me are the ones who have either just moved back from X foreign city/country or those who have "lots of mates" in whatever faraway place we're talking about and whose lives - here in Ireland - are completely defined by said place (and almost always coupled with a dislike/hatred of this country). Can usually be found in a corner somewhere starting all their sentences with "if this were Berlin / New York / London /Barcelona - this place would be / the music would be / the talent would be..." etc.

The fact that seem to you think Ireland's inhabitants shouldn't aspire towards the greater qualities of other countries outlines this pretty well.

People who post pre-emptively defensive status updates on facebook ("if you can't handle me on the days when I'm crazy, you don't deserve me!"). There's no better way to broadcast your insecurities.
