If you plan on using photoshop, that processor is gonna let you down.

If your willing to spend a bit more money, then get an i5-2500k.
Its cheap enough and is clockable to 5 ghz.
many people on this forum have this processor and its an absolute beast. you dont have to be a computer expert to get it clocked up from what it is set at as standard (2.4 ghz)

It will, when clocked be a more powerful processor than most others on the market and would probably run photoshop extremely well ( i'm not sure about this, i would think it would)
Your ram is good and is upgradable to 16gb on that motherboard if you should need it.
The case is good but a bit expensive, look up coolermaster series cases.
Unless you plan on saving some heavy applications onto you ssd, then you could save money by getting a 64gb ssd and simply install the windows OS on it and maybe photoshop.
Also i dont see a graphics card, you may need one if you plan to play games and/or use heavy editing tools.

Give me 15 minutes and il give you a build form hardwareversand.de

Nice, but if you're serious about Photoshop I'd change the CPU and motherboard to the ones below. Worth the extra few bob as you won't need to upgrade for a while.

    Item|Price
    Intel Core i5-3550 Box, LGA1155|€188.25
    ASRock H77M, Sockel 1155, ATX|€69.59

Oh and by the way, OCing is a great way to get extra performance out of your chip. You could get an i5 3570k coupled with an aftermarket CPU cooler and be set for a long time.

    Intel core i5-3570k
    215,17 €

    MSI Z77A-G43, Intel Z77, ATX, DDR3
    91,58 €

Cooler Master HAF 912 schwarz, ohne Netzteil
    71,39 €

    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W
    55,27 €

    8GB-Kit G.Skill Ares PC3-12800U CL8-8-8-24
    56,90 €

    LiteOn iHAS124-19 schwarz SATA
    17,83 €

    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit (SB-Version)
    77,78 €

    Crucial M4 64GB SSD 6,4cm (2,5")
    74,54 €

    all comes to 660,46 €

that is without a graphics card and a cooler.

If you plan to clock in the future, an aftermarket cooler would do fantastic.
You dont need to immediately get a gpu as the i5-3570k processor comes with intel hd 4000 graphics

    Hi
Its a pc for my dad, I don't think he'll ever want to overclock
He has an old celeron that he uses cs5 on and thinks it runs ok
he only does a small bit of photoshop
I'll see if he'll spend a bit more.

    Thanks

By the way, the i5 I picked out only has HD2500 graphics, so if you want you can add in a discrete graphics card (HD6450) if you feel It'd be needed.
