Too much healthy fats???? Cutting advice??

    Trying to cut from 12.5% bf to abt 8....currently doing german body composition work https://www.charlespoliquin.com/ArticlesMultimedia/Articles/Article/291/German_Body_Comp_for_Athletes.aspx. And HIIT cardio on rest days

    Diet isn't too bad.porridge is the only carbs for the day with salads making up most of my meals..lots of broccoli and mostly using cottage cheese, eggs, chicken and tuna for my protien..
    The only problem is that I'm snacking on 2/3 tea spoons of peanut butter (proper stuff now) 2/3 times a day and having plenty of olive oil with my 2 salads daily.
    Is there too much healthy fats too get the bf down??
    Any advice appreciated
