Range woes

This company in Tipperary specialises in reconditioning range cookers. I brought the top of my range to them last August 4th (2011) for re-enameling with an arrangement to pick it up the next day. The range wasnt done and the company promised to get it to me by courier within a few days............... fast forward to today, may 14th!!!!!
I have been chasing this company all year.
    The range has been
    "With the courier" 9 times
    Lost once
    Broken once
    Put in the skip once
"Ready for me to collect" (It wasnt)
The company has 'sent to China for a new one" once. (Rayburn are a UK company!)
They eventually sent us a range top last September. It was the wrong colour , cracked and unusable.
Almost a month ago we sent the company a solicitors letter and today a top arrived and it is missing its lids, towel rail, smoke box and boiler hatch.
All this goes along with the staff being unhelpful and rude and the managers being uncontactable.

At this stage court is the only option.
Im not one who approves of Irish compo culture but I will be seeking damages for inconvenience, smoke damage from the cracked replacement range, having to buy oil for home heating, not having one of our main
sources for cooking, professional incompetance etc etc.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation and have any advice?

What will you 'damages' total? Will the legal costs be more?
