Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Parking fine, court summons

Hi there, I recently received a court summons for an unpaid parking ticket, but didn't receive any notification, as the letters were sent to my home address, which I hadn't been at in a long time, and missed the summons, only to return home a few days ago to all these letters, and a court fine of 220Euro! I do not have the means to pay this to be quite honest, having moved home due to unemployment. Is there any legal recourse? And how bad would it really be if I didn't pay it at all, or turned a blind eye to it?

You will be arrested and spend a short time in custody. Probably no more than a few hours. After that the fine will be written off.
