Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Creative Zen Style 100 mp3 player problems

    Hey guys,

Not sure if I'm in the right place but I'll give it a shot. I have a Creative Zen Style 100 8GB mp3 player and I think it's on its last legs. It's really annoying me. Here are my problems:

    - The screen goes white
    - It powers itself off when I skip a few songs (I have it set to play all songs on shuffle mainly)
    - When I turn it on right after this it "rebuilds"
    - Sometimes it switches itself off right after rebuilding
    - Player freezes after playing one song and I have to press the reset button and allow it to rebuild.
    - Sometimes it plays perfectly for maybe an hour and then one of the above will happen.

I have about 7GB filled on it but I don't think that's the issue. Any ideas as to why this is happening or what I can do? Failing this, can anyone recommend me a decent replacement? I'd be looking for something reasonably priced, probably around 8GB and preferably not an iPod.

    Thanks so much. :)
