Flogas standing charge price rise

    FYI anyone using flogas might like to note that from May 1st their standing charge has risen from 19.73c per day to 22.74c per day excl VAT (22.39c per day to 25.8c per day incl VAT). This does not seem to be reflected yet on bonkers.ie. So annual standing charge will go from charge for 81.73 (incl VAT) to 94.17 (incl VAT).

    Got a letter to say new Commodity Rate 0.051670 € per kwh

    Standing Charge 0.211700 € per day


    effective from the 30th October 2012


    If this is correct then i take it as a reduction in the Standing Charge?

    Yes their standing charge a few months back was 19.73 cent then it went to 22.74 cent and now it's dropped to 21.17 cent.

    I rang up and got my discount re applied to the unit charge so I think that's dropped to about 4.8295 cent per unit from the 5.167 cent per unit.
