Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Monthly Underage Gigs

    Hi Folks,

    I will be running gigs for young bands (under 18) each month from September 2012 in "Draoicht's" studio space (Seats 92, www.draiocht.ie), Dublin 15.


    1. Who is running the event? Myself

    2. The purpose of the event? To give young bands a chance to showcase their musical talent. I am currently 23 and a drummer in a band, I remember how hard it was to get gigs when I was under 18.

    3. Date and Location of event: Monthly from September 2012, In the studio of "Draiocht Theatre", Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

    4. How many acts will be on on a night: 6

    5. Any prerequisites: No, the aim is to promote these young bands, not rob them!

    6. Is it under/over 18's: Under 18's

    7. Type of night (Acoustic, rock etc.) : All genres welcome.

    8. Cost of admission: 5Euro

    9 Will a fee be paid to the bands: No, any money made goes to paying for the studio space, advertising (posters etc), the soundman and upkeep of the backline
