Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    No trolling, man. You don't seem to grasp the difference between being assertive and being aggressive.

    So I use all the channels I could think of. Going as high as a TD and I wasn't assertive. If I was passive I either wouldn't have complained at all or would have given up after going into the station itself...

    I didn't say anything about 'who deserves help', and I certainly didn't make excuses for anyone. I simply pointed out the existing channels for complaints, and a bit of a common sense approach on how to get the best out of these channels.

    It's not about 'how high' you go. Indeed, by moving away from the Garda Ombudsman to a TD, you were actually diluting your efforts. You should have escalated within the Garda Ombdusman office until you got a satisfactory response.
