Just trying to have a nose about on viewit.ca for an apt in Toronto. They're asking me to choose between several zones T1 - T5 etc.. Has anybody any idea which would be the nicest zones to live in and which ones are to be avoided?

    Hi There

It depends what kind of area you are looking for if you want to be right in the city downtown, or out a little west or east. The public transport is pretty amazing here in Toronto, ideally you should be looking for something on the Subway line or that has 24hour street cars or buses (Taxi's can be quiet expensive).

T5 is probably the most popular zone on Viewit.ca as this includes (The Annex, King West, Queen street West (Full of shops and bars etc) Little Italy, Little Portugal, Liberty Village)

Here is a good blog, that gives you an idea of all the areas in Toronto it should give you an idication of where you might want to settle.

    Hope it helps :)
