I have been living in north dublin for two months and am fairly unfamiliar with most areas in Dublin.

Two students moved into the house and they are running around the house most evenings shouting with their students and drinking aldi wine. Its really headwrecking at this stage and I have to move.

What are decent areas south side that have good public transport links where I'm likely to get a decent double room with some sound people in their late 20s for e400/month that is not too far from the city centre and close to the green luas line if possible? Thanks.

    Ranelagh or Terenure?

But for 400 a month it would have to be a house share......
