Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Curling wand advice

    Hi Guys,

Sorry for raising the dead thread but I need some curling wand advice!

I've really really thick frizzy hair, recently my hair dresser has been putting loose curls in my hair (she does it by using the hair dryer and twisting the hot hair in her fingers) it's great and looks really natural with loose hair that make my hair look really nice (a miracle!!).

The only problem is a) my hair dryer is not hot enough to produce these results and b) I'm really lazy. Really lazy.

Is a curling wand a viable solution? Would it give me the type of curls I want with minimum hassle? Or would I be better forking out for a better hair dryer (I know I should get one anyway)?

Yeah I have a great product the moroccan oil curl one which is making my hair less fuzzy at least.

Borrowed a friends wand but it seemed quite small, the curls came out quite tight.
